Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your monthly payments will cease and all your data and logins removed. We retain publicly available information about your Bubble Application.
What does “reasonable usage limits” mean?
Every database is different and we base our pricing on typical usage. We reserve the right to cease providing any services, and/or increase our monthly prices to you. You have the right to stop using and paying for the service anytime.
Backups are only a part of Good IT Governance.
It's up to you to test the backup files and test your procedures for recovering data in the event of a disaster. There is a lot of guidance on the big picture of IT Governance & Cyber Security:
What happens if I downgrade my subscription and I exceed the subscription restrictions?
Backups will be disabled until you get your account in order.
You must only use this Service if you have setup your Privacy Rules Properly.
